There will be a registration fee of 60.- Euro per person, to be paid in cash at the conference site.

Suggested solutions

In order to reach Tonale, we will provide a bus from Trento train station at about 7pm on Sunday, Dec 6th. You can reach Trento by train from Verona (about 1h) or Venezia Marco Polo (about 2.30 h), Innsbruck (about 3.00 h). After the school on Friday, Dec 11th, there will be a bus transfer Tonale-Trento, arriving at the train station at about 1pm.

NOTE: the cost of the bus transfer is NOT included in the registration fee. The actual cost will depend on how many people will need the bus transfer.

In order to find whether there are low cost connections to Venezia Marco Polo you can visit the websites: http://www.kayak.co.uk, http://www.zingarate.com/ (in Italian).

By plane:

• The suggested solution is strongly suggested so that we can organize a comfortable transfer via bus, but in any case the nearest airports are

• Orio al Serio, Milano-Bergamo, about 130 km from Tonale;
• Montichiari (Bs), about 140 km from Tonale;
• Milano Linate, about 200 km from Tonale;
• Valerio Catullo, Verona, about 160 km from Tonale,
• Marco Polo Venezia about 325 km from Tonale;

By car:

• Both from south or north, take the Statale 12 del Brennero or Highway A22 until San Michele all´Adige.
• From there (80 km to Passo del Tonale) take SS 43 and then SS 42 direction Passo del Tonale;
• From east/west: take the highway Milano-Venezia until Ospitaletto.
• Then follow Lago d'Iseo - Valle Camonica;

• In alternative highway Milano-Venezia until Seriate direction SS 42, follow Lovere - Valle Camonica.

Funding

For TRR-33 people:

• The TRR-33 will cover all travel expenses including hotels and the subscription fee, through the normal TRR33 travel funding of your group.
• TRR-33 will NOT cover the Food&Beverage expenses (outside the hotel) because of the DFG regulations. The only chance to account for these expenses is through your local institute (University) funds. Ask your PI!

For TRR-33 collaborators:

• Ask your PI whether your expenses can be covered through your local institute funds.

Student Talks

There will be a special student session in which students will be given the possibility to give a short talk on the topic they are working on. Should you be interested, you will be asked to provide the title of your talk during registration. Please note that this is facultative and reserved to students (graduate and PhD); in the case in which a high number of people apply, a selection will become necessary.

The hotel offers 5-day packages including a skipass, if you would like to go skiing during breaks:
